I teach Vinyasa-style yoga with an emphasis on the core and balance. I am also a certified Pilates instructor. I enjoy working with my clients to understand what they need both physically and mentally from their practice. I welcome opportunities to seek other modalities I can weave into my teachings to help my clients with injuries.
I teach alignment-based yoga that is rooted in the Iyengar tradition. I enjoy helping my clients to navigate challenges with the use of props and variations. I use breathwork and meditation in an effort to guide my clients to a more peaceful way of being.
